You'll never have to buy store applesauce again! Its so incredibly easy to make - 30 minutes and you have delicious applesauce for eating on its own or using in replacement for oil when baking. 


Makes about 3 cups



  • 7 apples
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core. Add into a large pot on your stove with two cups of water and 1/2 a tsp of cinnamon. Give a little stir and simmer on medium low for 30 minutes.

Once the apples are soft, pour the apples and water into your Vitamix, blender, or food processor and only pulse two or three times. Refrigerate or eat warm!
