Green Crunch Wrap

Ready for a green power crunch lunch? This wrap has all things good in it: spinach, sprouts, cucumber, jicama, avocado, radishes, and pesto. So easy and so good!

Green Crunch Wrap

  • 2 spinach tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup sprouts
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup jicama, sliced into matchsticks
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp Vegenaise
  • 2 tbsp Basil Pesto
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced


Mix 2 tbsp Vegenaise and 2 tbsp Basil Pesto to make a pesto spread.

Wrap It

On a large spinach tortilla wrap, layer pesto spread, spinach, sprouts, cucumber, jicama, avocado, and sliced radishes and add a good squeeze of lemon. Wrap up tight and enjoy!
