This is my new favorite summer smoothie! Both cucumbers and melons are super high in water content replenishing fluids after a hot summer day. Whiz this up and have a tasty treat!
Makes 4 smoothies
Hydrating Cucumber Melon Smoothie
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 small melon, chopped (about 4 cups)
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups kale
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 cups water
In your Vitamix, food processor, or blender, combine all the ingredients together and blend until smooth. I usually run this through two cycles on my Vitamix to get it super smooth.
