Makes 2 smoothies

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup ice


  • Blend

    In your Vitamix, food processor, or blender, add the seeds to the bottom, then the bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, and ice. I usually put this through two cycles to make sure everything is blended through.
