Rosemary, Mint, & Pineapple Fresca

I cannot take credit for this recipe. I was in the midst of watching the 2014 Women’s US Open Tennis final when my husband handed me this drink. Its bright and refreshing - perfect for those last remaining summer days or any sporting match that makes you sweat!


Serves 4-6


Rosemary, Mint, & Pineapple Fresca
  • 6" sprig of rosemary
  • 3" sprig of mint
  • 2 liters sparkling water
  • 6oz pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice

  • Muddle

    Pull the rosemary and mint off from its stem. Using a bartender’s muddler, muddle the rosemary, mint, and about 2 tbsp of the pineapple juice. This is to release the essential oils from the herbs.


    In a large pitcher add 2 liters of sparkling water, the rest of the pineapple juice, the muddled rosemary and mint, and 1 cup of ice. Mix together and pour!
