This refreshing summer drink can't be any easier! 4 simple ingredients that can be added to for more depth. This is also a great recipe to make if you need to use up any leftover watermelon.
Makes 4 drinks
- 1 watermelon, roughly chopped
- 4 cups sparkling mineral water
- 4 mint sprigs
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup forzen pineapple or berries or peaches - optional
In your blender, food processor, or Vitamix add the ice and chopped watermelon. Blend until smooth. (If you're adding other frozen fruit, add it to this mixture before pureeing.)
Mix 1 cup sparkling mineral water and 1 cup of the watermelon puree and serve with a sprig of mint.
