In the need of some serious comfort food? Make this super simple split pea soup - it takes about an hour to get those split peas soft and chewy, but only about 5 minutes to put it together. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy the amazing aromas as this soup comes together.

Its one of my favorite lunch time meals especially during the work week when I barely have time to scarf it down! I'm going to say it - this is the best pizza I've ever had. It was super easy to make, so much better than frozen, and cheaper than delivery. It reminds me exactly of a BBQ chicken pizza, only its made with BBQ jackfruit, which is so much healthier. Chicken may be deemed the healthy meat, but its full of cholesterol and saturated fat, while jackfruit has 0 cholesterol, 0 saturated fat, 739 awesome mg of potassium, and is a super source of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, electrolytes, fiber, and protein. So not only does this pizza taste good, its incredibly good for you!
